The Saturday opener for Florida State football against Boise State has been moved due to Hurricane Dorian. Governor Ron DeSantis officially announced the game, originally scheduled for 7 PM on Saturday, August 31st, will be kicking off in Tallahassee instead of Jacksonville.
Multiple sources have confirmed that the kick will be at noon in Tallahassee.
Tomahawk Nation has been bringing you updates on our Dorian Tracker, and unfortunately the final update is not a good one. Dorian will be a major hurricane that looks likely to make landfall on the eastern coast of Florida.
A major hurricane can be devastating, and people in the affected areas need to be able to evacuate safely - including those who had been planning to attend the game.
