The Florida State Seminoles lost to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons on a rainy Saturday evening by a score of, 22-20.
Wake Forest took an early lead when its first possession resulted in a field goal and the Seminoles lost Hamsah Nasrildeen thanks to targeting. Florida State turned the ball over on downs and the Deacs’ added another field goal on their second possession. The Seminoles were forced to a quick three-and-out and Wake Forest started off the second quarter by adding another field goal. It was nice to see the Seminoles’ defense consistently force Wake Forest to settle for field goals in the red zone.
