FSU signee DJ Lundy won his third straight high school wrestling title on Saturday. Lundy, a linebacker signee for the 2020 class, won this year’s title in the 285 pound weight-class.
Lundy had won titles at 220 in 2018 and 2019 and was considered one of America’s top 220s in the 2019 offseason thanks to his performance at the NHSCA Junior Nationals in Virginia Beach.
Bumping back to 285, where he’d placed third as a freshman, Lundy showed no ill effects, dominating everyone as he has for pretty much the last three seasons.
