Can FSU Football win February signing day period?

In the inaugural year of the December signing day period for college football recruits, FSU football found themselves in a position where they were “playing from behind” after the defection of their former head coach and the five days before Willie Taggart was hired – a time in which several commitments left the Seminoles for other schools.

The Seminoles did bring in some serious talent, names that include Asante Samuel Jr. along with Jaiden Woodbey and Amari Gainer, but are still down in the 20s or lower in the rankings from several different services.

In just over a week and a half, the traditional National Signing Day will take place with all those recruits that didn’t sign finally putting ink to paper with their future schools – and according to CBS Sports, FSU football has nowhere to go but up and might be one of the big winners when it is all said and done.
