Florida State football’s starting tight end Camren McDonald announced today that he is returning for his senior season at FSU in 2021. In his tweet, the tight end wrote, “Transformative three years. Honored to wear this uniform. One more year FSU.”
McDonald was the Seminoles’ third leading receiver in 2020. The California native hauled in 23 catches for 263 yards. He also caught two touchdowns, one at Miami and one against North Carolina. He started all nine games at tight end for Florida State.
It was a breakout season for McDonald, as he previously only had six catches in his first two years at Florida State.
