If there was one freshman the Miami Hurricanes knew would have to help entering the season, Brevin Jordan was the safest bet. At the midway point of the season, Jordan has perhaps even exceeded expectations and it’s earning him major recognition. On Monday, ESPN placed the tight end on its midseason freshman All-America team.
The All-America team, which only includes first-team selections, includes seven ACC players, including Jordan and Florida State Seminoles defensive back Jaiden Woodbey. Jordan is the lone tight end selected to the team.
Jordan’s place on the team doesn’t come as much of a surprise.
