The Florida State receiving corps continued to thin out last week, as Head Coach Jimbo Fisher announced that George Campbell would be lost for the remainder of the season. Campbell had been listed as the backup to Auden Tate, but that role is now occupied by redshirt-senior walk-on Jared Jackson. Jackson is not the only walk-on to make the two-deep roster at WR; he joins Justin Motlow, who is listed as Nyqwan Murray’s backup.
Freshman D.J. Matthews, the top slot reciever recruit in the country, remains absent from the depth chart entirely— both at WR and punt returner, as the latter is still listed as Tarvarus McFadden.
