3 Up, 3 Down: ‘Noles bottom out against Stetson

In desperate need of RPI help Florida State (31-18, 16-11) went on the road to a bad Stetson team and failed to record a hit in a 1-0 loss. FSU has now gone 1-2 against three teams with RPIs in the 200s and now sits at 70. Teams ranked that low do not usually go to the post season and to break into the top 45 FSU needs to win out the regular season.

Three Up

  • On one hand Stetson isn’t a good team but on the other hand the bullpen performed well. Tyler Ahearn came on for Jack Anderson with Stetson having already scored a run and two runners on.
