3 Up, 3 Down: Florida State baseball drops ACC tournament opener to Wake Forest

Florida State (35-21) found themselves in a hole early as they trailed Wake Forest (31-25) by a score of 4-0 through 2.5 innings. A huge 4th inning for the ’Noles and a strong start by Drew Parrish allowed FSU the opportunity to win the game. Unfortunately, FSU once again collapsed as a team and fell 7-4. Florida State drops to 55th in RPI and even a win against NC State Friday at 7:00 might not be enough to get the Seminoles into the NCAA tournament.
