Florida State Seminoles starting quarterback Jameis Winston's disciplinary hearing has been pushed back another 24 hours to December 2nd.
Winston’s hearing regarding potential Florida State code of conduct violations on the night of an alleged sexual assault reported to campus police on December 7, 2012, was originally scheduled to start on November 17th. However, last week it was pushed back until December 1st, as reported by NBC's College Football Talk.
However, Rachel Axon of USA Today reported on Monday that the hearing had been pushed back yet again to December 2nd.
As Axon points out, “(Former Florida Supreme Court Justice Michael) Harding has 10 class or exam days following the completion of the hearing to submit his decision. With winter break running from Dec. 13 to Jan. 6, that could mean a decision of whether Winston is responsible or not might not come until the Seminoles are in the College Football Playoff.”
