Offseason doings around the NHL remained relatively quiet yesterday with a smattering minor moves, three involving the Florida Panthers Atlantic Division rivals, who they may or may not see during the upcoming season.
The Toronto Maple Leafs and 26-year-old forward Ilya Mikheyev have agreed to a two-year, $3.29 million contract extension. The two sides were scheduled for an arbitration hearing today.
