SUNRISE, Fla. - Forwards Jiri Hudler and Teddy Purcell will make their Florida Panthers debut Tuesday against the Winnipeg Jets at MTS Centre (8 p.m. ET, FS-F, TSN3, NHL.TV).
Hudler and Purcell were acquired Saturday for draft picks in separate trades with the Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers, respectively. Neither played Sunday in a 3-1 loss against the Minnesota Wild.
Panthers general manager Dale Tallon said in a conference call Monday that Hudler would have to return to Calgary after the game Tuesday to resolve pending immigration issues before rejoining the Panthers before their game against the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday.
