The Florida Panthers will drop the puck on its best-of-five series against New York Islanders on August 1, one of five Qualifying Round series set to open on the first day of the postseason as the NHL returns to play after a long coronavirus-induced slumber.
Game 2 of Cats - Isles will be played on August 4 and Game 3 is scheduled for August 5 with the Panthers donning its red sweaters.
If necessary, Game 4 will take place on August 7 and if the series goes a full five games, the finale will be played on August 9.
