NHL Postseason Caterwaul: Blues and Bruins get back after it tonight

The city of St. Louis will host its first Stanley Cup game since May 10, 1970 tonight when the Blues welcome the Boston Bruins to Enterprise Center.

Carl Gunnarsson’s first career playoff goal gave the Blues a 3-2 overtime win at TD Garden, tying the series at a game apiece.

While this certainly isn’t a must win for St. Louis by any means, the Blues need a victory in at least one of these next two home games to stay in the series, in my opinion.

After falling behind two games to one to the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Bruins reeled off eight straight wins before Wednesday night’s loss, so they haven’t faced much adversity as of late.
