According to CapFriendly, the Florida Panthers have re-signed restricted free agents Jayce Hawryluk and Samuel Montembeault.
Both players have reportedly inked one-year, two-way deals with Hawryluk’s counting for $874,125 at the NHL level and Montembeault’s coming in at a team-friendly $708,750. Each contract pays $70K at the AHL level.
We still await official word of these new contracts from the team.
The Panthers remaining unsigned RFAs are MacKenzie Weegar (arbitration hearing July 22), Ian McCoshen, Denis Malgin, Dryden Hunt and Thomas Schemitsch. Maxim Mamin was also qualified, but is expected to remain in the KHL.
