After finising a four-game road trip with a 2-2 record, the Florida Panthers (28-25-6) return home to face the Anaheim Ducks (17-33-6) at FLA Live Arena. The Panthers are still in the thick of the fight for a wild card spot while the lowly Ducks currently have the NHL’s worst record and best odds for winning the draft lottery and prized prospect Connor Bedard. Florida won the first meeting of the season back in November by a 5-3 count. This is one that the Cats can’t afford to let slip away. They need the full two points here before Friday’s key game against the Buffalo Sabres.
