The Florida Panthers continued to add its organization depth by re-upping forwards Corban Knight and Garrett Wilson, who both spent the majority of their time with the San Antonio Rampage last season, to one-year, two-way deals.
Knight was drafted by the Cats in 2009 (135th overall), but wasn't interested in signing with the club and was dealt to Calgary for a fourth round pick in 2013. That pick was used to select defenseman Michael Downing. Florida re-acquired the 24-year-old center last season for fellow pivot Drew Shore. Knight scored 8 goals and 16 assists in 36 games with the Rampage after trade.
