Clemson, S.C. (Jan. 12, 2016) – The Panthers traveled to Clemson, S.C., this past weekend for the Orange & Purple Classic (Jan .9) as FIU saw 11 finishes in the top-three and 38 in the top-eight. The classic marked the Panthers second indoor meet of the season.
On the women's side, freshman Clarissa Cutliff held the performance of the day with a first-place finish in the high jump. She registered a personal-best of 1.75m, and also broke the freshman school record. Freshman Kenflore Atilus followed closely behind with a 1.70m jump, marking a new personal record to give her the second-place finish.
