MIAMI (April 12, 2016) -- FIU softball sees its last midweek action of the season in a 2 p.m. doubleheader at Bethune-Cookman Wednesday afternoon at Sunnyland Park in Daytona Beach. The games represent the start of an 11-game road swing, through the rest of April and ending May 1.
FIU is 21-20 overall, while the Wildcats are 11-26, coming off a three-game sweep over conference foe North Carolina Central.
The Panthers are looking to re-establish a win streak after three close losses over the weekend to Florida Atlantic. The team's earned run average went down, despite the losses, to 3.
