ATLANTA (Feb. 29, 2020) - The FIU swimming and diving team made history at the McAuley Center, as the Panthers won their sixth-straight Conference USA title on Saturday evening.
With the championship, the Panthers break the C-USA record for most consecutive titles won. The previous record was five-straight held by FIU and SMU (2006-10). The six-straight conference titles also rank as the most in a row by any athletic program in FIU history.
FIU finished the meet 155 points ahead of second-place Rice as the Panthers racked up a score of 1044.5 for the C-USA Championships.
