LUBBOCK, Texas (May 7 2019) – After having the originally scheduled doubleheader moved up due to the threat of severe weather across West Texas, the FIU baseball team fell 9-6 to No. 9 Texas Tech in game one before game two was ultimately canceled due to inclement weather.
FIU sits at 20-28 (9-15 Conference USA) heading into the final two weekends of the regular season. Texas Tech moves to 34-14 with the midweek victory over the Panthers.
