MIAMI (Sept. 6, 2019) - FIU volleyball took advantage of a little home cooking on Friday, as the Panthers picked up a pair of wins over Stetson and Hofstra.
Despite dropping the first set to the Hatters, FIU won six straight sets overall on the day to pick up the pair of wins over Stetson (3-1) and Hofstra (3-0). FIU defeated Stetson, 16-25, 25-14, 25-18, 25-19, before downing 2018 NCAA Tournament participant Hofstra in three sets, 25-17, 25-18, 25-22.
