The basketball season is just over a month away, with both teams tipping off the season at home as the women face Miami on Nov. 6 and the men host North Florida on Nov. 7. Both times are TBA.
The men's squad will be led by first-year head coach Ballard, who comes to the Panthers after spending last season as associate head coach on VCU's staff.
