GREENSBORO, North Carolina (March 18, 2021) - In the first NCAA Championship appearance of her young career, Jasmine Nocentini finished 28th in the 50 freestyle as the sophomore closed out the first of three events she will compete in at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
"Jasmine had a really good swim in the prelims today, she didn't make it to the finals, but she moved up from being seeded 35th coming into the meet to 28th," FIU head coach Randy Horner said. "We're happy about the result and it bodes well for the 200 freestyle tomorrow.
