MIAMI — FIU men's basketball alumnus Radshad Davis has earned a selection to the Bahamian National Team and will represent Team Bahamas in its upcoming Olympic qualifying action.
Davis, a member of the Panthers during the 2020-21 season, will team up with NBA stars DeAndre Ayton, Buddy Hield and Eric Gordon along with a slew of other talented players to represent the Bahamas. Team Bahamas is set to play in the upcoming 2024 FIBA men's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments (OQTs), which runs from July 2-7.
The Bahamian squad will play in a six-team, two-group pod in Greece for a chance to earn a berth to the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
