COLUMBIA, Mo. – FIU women's golf standout Karissa Kilby (-2) finished runner-up with a 2-under-par 214 after Wednesday's final round at the Johnie Imes Invitational to notch a career-best finish and lead FIU to a sixth-place result out of 15 teams at the par-72, 6,264-yard Club at Old Hawthorne. Arlynn Spence (+10) also parred a tournament-best 42 of 54 holes en route to recording her career-best finish tied for 25th to help pace the Panthers.
FIU (+35) tied for sixth with Cal Baptist with a total score of 899, while scoring wins over South Dakota, Bradley, Arkansas State, Illinois State, Wichita State, Missouri State and Drake.
