MIAMI – The FIU football team opened its third preseason camp under head coach Mike MacIntyre on Wednesday morning at the Panthers' practice facility.
The opening practice saw the Panthers go through a number of drills as well as a number of 11-on-11 periods as they begin preparation for the 2024 season opener at Indiana on Saturday, August 31.
Following the conclusion of practice MacIntyre as well as sophomore quarterback Keyone Jenkins and redshirt freshman offensive lineman Jaheim Buchanon met with the media.
FIU features over 45 new players on the 2024 roster and returns a combined total of 14 starters on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.
