MIAMI (Aug. 20, 2016) – The FIU football team took part in its final practice of the 2016 fall camp on Saturday morning.
"Camp went really well," Head Coach Ron Turner said. "Our guys came into camp in excellent condition. We didn't pick up where we left off in the spring, we picked up way ahead of where we were in the spring because of what they accomplished in the summer. (Director of Strength and Conditioning) Chad Smith, (Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach) Cory Houston and (Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach) TC (Thomas Carroll) did a tremendous job getting our guys ready, but more importantly our guys did a great job pushing each other to get in excellent condition.
