Miami, Fla. – Senior guard Kaliah Henderson recorded a new career high 28 points and chipped in four steals to lead the FIU Women's Basketball team in a come from behind victory over the Charlotte 49ers (9-11, 5-6 C-USA), 50-44, Thursday afternoon at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center.
Henderson scored 16 of her 28 points in the fourth quarter as the Panthers outscored Charlotte 27-8 in the final 10 minutes. She shot 8-10 from the charity stripe today and it is the seventh consecutive game where Henderson tallies double digit points.
