MIAMI (June 13, 2019) – FIU volleyball and beach volleyball Head Coach Rita Buck-Crockett announced the addition of Myrthe Maring (Groningen, Netherlands/LIU Brooklyn/Half Hollow Hills East). Maring, who will play both indoor volleyball and beach volleyball, is expected to make an immediate impact during the 2019 indoor and 2020 beach volleyball campaigns.
"Myrthe Marring comes from a long line of volleyball players," said Buck-Crockett. "She is going to add to the experience that we have already, and are bringing in. She is also going to bring size and power to us with her 6'3" frame and we are looking forward to a great season.
