The Panthers improved to 9-6 on the season. Seton Hall will head back to New Jersey with a 1-9 record.
FIU's four-game win streak is tied for the longest win streak since the beginning of the 2018 season and is also tied for the second longest such streak in the Mervyl Melendez era.
Everett Hurst claimed his second win of the season on Sunday after pitching two scoreless innings of one-hit ball in relief.
