NORFOLK, Virginia (Jan. 12, 2019) – The FIU women's basketball team had three players score in double-figures, but the scoring couldn't overcome Old Dominion on the road as the Panthers fell to the Monarchs, 95-68.
With the loss, the Panthers fall to 3-14 overall and 0-4 in C-USA action. ODU moves to 11-5 on the year and 2-2 in league play.
The Panthers fell behind early on Saturday, after trailing 28-13 following the first period and couldn't recover from the deficit.
FIU had three players in double-figures, with Chelsea Guimaraes leading the way with 15, wile Cabria Lee and Ce'Nara Skanes added 13 and 12 receptively.
