MIAMI (April 28, 2017) – The No. 9-ranked FIU beach volleyball team is in the midst of its best season in program history, however the Panthers are looking for their season to become just a little bit sweeter this weekend. FIU looks to make school history on Sunday at 7 p.m. as it hopes to hear its name announced as one of the eight teams invited to the 2017 NCAA National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championships, May 5-7, in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
