MIAMI (April 10, 2019) – After heavy rains in the Miami area on Tuesday, the FIU softball team's doubleheader against Florida Gulf Coast has been canceled due to poor field conditions.
Wednesday's non-conference meeting was originally set to be a doubleheader at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., but because of field conditions the two sides agreed to cancel the midweek contest. There are no plans to reschedule the matchup between the Panthers and Eagles.

The Panthers will return to Felsberg Field this weekend in C-USA play, as FIU faces Marshall for a series on April 13-14.
