IRVING, Texas (November 22, 2017) -- Sophomore Brooke Bouchard became the third diver from FIU to be named Conference USA Diver of the Week this season, the league announced Wednesday.
Hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Bouchard posted a finals score and put up team points for FIU in all three diving events at the Purdue Invitational last weekend in Indiana. Bouchard set a new personal-best score with a 290.60 in the 3-meter springboard program at the elite meet. That is the fourth-best score by any C-USA diver this season.
She joins senior teammate Rebecca Quesnel (Burlington, Ontario, Canada) and Panthers freshman Rachel Foord (Melbourne, Australia) on the list of weekly award recipients.
