A Colorado woman charged with trespassing at First Data Field last month claimed to have been there because she was in a relationship with Tim Tebow, the Treasure Coast News reported after obtaining a police report.
Michelle Marie Thompson, 36, was arrested after hanging around the New York Mets’ complex in Port St. Lucie, Fla., hours after their Feb. 26 game against the Detroit Tigers. The woman reportedly asked questions about Tebow, who arrived that day for camp.
A local officer noticed Thompson’s license had a small sticker on the back that said “I (heart symbol) Jesus/Tim Tebow.
