Michael White will get tested early and often in his first year as Florida basketball coach.
The Gators have put together another challenging non-conference schedule that includes three true road games and three neutral court games. In addition, Florida has guaranteed games against at least five power-conference opponents and possibly six if UF meets Purdue in the Hall of Fame Tipoff Classic.
“This is a first-rate schedule, and we will learn a lot about our team early on,” White said. “Everyone here is looking forward to the season and I know Gator Nation shares our enthusiasm, so we’re continuing to work hard every day in preparation.
