UF QB Kyle Trask, TE Kyle Pitts named to coaches' All-SEC first team

Trask is the first Florida quarterback since Tim Tebow in 2009 and Pitts the first UF tight end since Cornelius Ingram since 2008 to earn spots on the SEC coaches’ preseason first team.

Trask’s 25 touchdowns passes in 2019 are the most by any returning SEC signal caller, while Pitts' 54 grabs led the Gators and earned him All-SEC honors as a sophomore.

Cornerbacks Marco Wilson and Kaiir Elam, along with linebacker Ventrell Miller were named to the second team, while defensive end Zachary Carter, wide receiver Kadarius Toney and kicker Evan McPherson landed on the third team.
