Florida’s second spring practice under Jim McElwain will begin March 9 and conclude with the spring game at 7 p.m. on April 8, a Friday, UF announced Wednesday.
The school did not reveal whether any of the practices will be open to the public.
UF also announced that the annual Pro Day will be held March 22.
The most intriguing position battle this spring will be at quarterback, where four candidates will compete for the starting role — Oregon State transfer Luke Del Rio, Purdue graduate transfer Austin Appleby and true freshmen Feleipe Franks and Kyle Trask.
