Unusually reserved for a star at one of football's flashiest positions, UF cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III let his play do the talking during two All-SEC seasons in Gainesville.
Last month at SEC Media Days, Hargreaves showed some swagger, unveiling new mini-dreads, 14 additional pounds and some refreshing candor.
Hargreaves, a 5-foot-11, 199-pound junior, called himself to be "the best corner in the country," admitted he thinks about the NFL "all the time" and predicted the Gators would feature the nation's top secondary, despite SEC West rival LSU's claim it is "DBU.
