ATHENS, Ga. - About a month ago, Florida junior point guard Chris Chiozza was in a rough patch.
Who: Texas A&M vs. No. 17 Florida
When: Noon Saturday
Where: Exactech Arena/O'Connell Center
TV: ESPN2
Radio: 103.7-FM
Shots weren't falling. Minutes were dwindling behind starting guards Kasey Hill and KeVaughn Allen.
That's when Chiozza decided to step into Florida coach Mike White's office for a one-on-one meeting.
“He wasn't proud of the way he was playing and his focus level,” White said. “It was all him. And he said 'Coach I just want you know I'm turning over a new leaf, I'm going to do whatever I can to help this team win at a really high level, whatever I've got to do, however many minutes I get.
