Former Florida Gators quarterback Treon Harris has decided to transfer away from the University of Florida.
Gator Country was able to confirm the report from Ryan Bartow that Harris, who was suspended throughout spring practice and only recently cleared to return to team activities.
Harris was a late addition to Will Muschamp’s final recruiting class in 2014. He led Booker T Washington to a state championship and undefeated record as a senior.
Harris completed his first two passes in Orange and Blue. He was 2-2 for 148 yards in mop-up duty against Eastern Michigan in 2014.
