The Florida Gators men’s basketball team advanced to the SEC Tournament finals after a 104-82 drubbing over Alabama on Saturday night. Walter Clayton Jr.’s 22 points and Rueben Chinyelu’s double-double (10 points, 10 rebounds) led the Gators as six players scored in double figures in a Florida SEC Tournament-record 104-point scoring output.
The Gators are into the SEC Tournament championship game for the 12th time in program history (4-7 record) and the second straight season.
