Q: What is your approach to assuming the starting job?
A: My approach is just to stay humble. I’m blessed to be in this situation. I’m blessed to have this opportunity to be the quarterback at Auburn University. I’m just ready to lead my team each and every game, and just try to be ready.
Q: What is your comfort level with Gus Malzahn’s offense?
A: I’ve been in this system for three years now. Even when I wasn’t playing I’ve always been competing as a starter.
