Florida Gators sophomore guard Scottie Lewis announced his intention to declare for the 2021 NBA Draft via Instagram on Thursday night.
He will hire an agent, making him ineligible to return to Florida next season.
In his goodbye letter, he wrote:
“Gator nation!!! It has been an absolute honor being able to have that gator logo across my chest day in and day out. It was a true blessing being able to represent everyone from the alum and rowdy reptiles to the boosters and everyone else that supported us and our journey. I am beyond grateful for everything that we have accomplished and every moment will be cherished.
