The Florida Gators picked up their third commit in as many days on Saturday as they picked up a big in-state commitment.
Safety Jordan Castell (6-2, 195, Winter Garden, FL. West Orange) committed to Florida over Alabama and Auburn among many others on Saturday.
“For the next three to four years, I will be taking my talents to the University of Florida,” Castell said.
Castell took his official visit to Florida in June and during that visit, the safety was able to learn how the Gators will use him on defense.
“That’s why they’re on me heavy because they’re looking for guys that are versatile who can play corner, safety, and nickel,” he said on where the staff wants him to play.
