The potential student conduct code violation Florida wide receiver Antonio Callaway and former UF quarterback Treon Harris are facing is in connection with an alleged sexual assault on a female student in December, according to an ESPN report Friday.
ESPN reported that the alleged victim and her parents are boycotting a Title IX hearing today because the school appointed a UF football booster to hear the case.
In a letter obtained by ESPN, the attorney for the alleged victim informed UF’s deputy general counsel that the alleged victim, her parents and five witnesses would not be attending Callaway's student conduct code hearing at the school.
