The Florida Gators football team got faster on Monday when the coaching staff secured a big commitment from a speedy receiver.
Receiver Jerrae Hawkins (5-9, 165, Bradenton, FL. IMG) committed to Florida over Miami and Penn State on Monday.
Hawkins was on campus earlier this month for his official visit and during that trip, he was told how the Gators plan to use the speedy receiver.
“Just the ways they can use me,” Hawkins said on the message from the coaches. “They showed me guys that they have coached and stuff like that. Napier said that I remind him of Jaylen Waddle and Gonzales said Kadarius Toney.
