QB competition won't divide team, UF players say

Whenever teams have a quarterback battle, there’s always a chance the two candidates could split more than just reps.

Team division can set in, as players begin to favor one QB over the other. It has the potential to become a distraction, perhaps detrimental.

Florida sophomore Treon Harris and redshirt freshman Will Grier are competing for the starting job this preseason. The last QB race at UF didn’t go over so well.
