Florida senior pitcher Bobby Poyner was selected in the 14th round of the Major League Baseball Draft today by the Boston Red Sox, the 411th overall pick.
That brings to seven the number of Gators drafted in the 2015 MLB Draft.
Poyner is 5-2 this season with a 2.73 ERA. He also has four saves in 24 appearances.
